1. Shipping

General Shipping

  • Orders ship within 2-5 business days (during the Holiday season, it takes 3-7 business days to fulfill).
  • Luxe Line orders require 5–15 business days for fulfillment due to their handcrafted, made-to-order nature.
  • Our warehouse is based in Brooklyn, NY, so delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 7 business days.
  • While delays are rare, unforeseen carrier issues—such as delayed pickups—may occasionally affect your delivery time.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $45.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground.

2. Return

​​Returns

  • We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@mudi.store. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fidgi.shop

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you’d like to swap your item for a different size, style, or product, please ensure the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchange items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship your replacement item promptly.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team at support@fidgi.shop.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
